By accessing or using POSLY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

POSLY is a web-based carousel editor and social media publishing tool. It allows users to create visual carousels, design content with layers and templates, and publish directly to social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete registration information
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
Upload or publish content that infringes on intellectual property rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harassing

5. Intellectual Property and User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using POSLY. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Our platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, remains our intellectual property.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you create and publish through POSLY. You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to use and publish all content
Your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
Your content complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
You will not use POSLY to publish misleading, harmful, or illegal content

6. Subscriptions & Billing

POSLY offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Third-Party Integrations

POSLY integrates with third-party platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) for publishing. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective platform's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

Instagram Integration: To publish to Instagram, you must:

Have an Instagram Business or Creator account
Link your Instagram account to a Facebook Page
Grant POSLY permission via Facebook Login
Comply with Instagram's Community Guidelines and Terms of Use
Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

X (Twitter) Integration: To publish to X, you must:

Have an X (Twitter) account
Grant POSLY permission via OAuth 2.0 authorization
Comply with X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement

POSLY only publishes content that you explicitly create and initiate. We do not automatically post, schedule without consent, or access any data beyond what is necessary for publishing your content. You can disconnect any platform at any time from the Settings page.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish through POSLY and must ensure it complies with all applicable platform policies and laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POSLY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
